What are some good exercises for the legs?!

What are some good exercises for the legs?

I want some that wont put pressure on the back, as i have scoliosis. MOstly for the upper thighs but anything for the whole body wud b great thanx

Try brisk walking. I walk every weekday morning for an hour and cover approx 6 km.

Walking is one of the best exercises as it is low impact. You can set your pace and spilt up the session so that your back can have some relief.

It works for the tummy and thighs. Add a swing to your arms as you walk. It increases energy consumption by another 30%. And with the right diet, it will work for the whole body.

Another stress free exercise is swimming.
