If depends!. If there grossly fat and think they deserve special attion and wear really tight fitting clothes and there mean yes it makes me mad!. But if there nice sweet and try to loose weight and well cool!. Then i dont mindWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't pity them or anything, because people can have pretty fulfilling lives and be overweight!. But I do sympathize, because a lot of time being overweight comes from some emotional turmoil that is being dulled with bad eating habits!. I am fairly fit, but I have self-conscious issues and imagine that many overweight people do too, but can't find the tools to help them make healthy lifestyle changes!. Plus, they already know that it is a burden on their overall health, that they should be encouraged and loved so that their problem doesn't become any worse because people are mean to them!.

Fat people annoy me considerably!.

Its because if your fat its your fault, there is no genetic mystery here, you eat too much and everyone inlcuding you knows it!.

If your fat it shows that you have no self control and no commitment to even the most basic of things, health!. Its not so much the fat itself, its what the fat says about your personality!.

i've been skinny all my life and i realize that most consider that very fortunate!. however, i have never judged overweight people!. i understand that honestly, some people do everything and cannot get rid of the weight!. other people who are overweight ***** about it but don't do anything to help it!. i think people in our consumer and beauty driven world care too much about outward apperances!. and i know thats easy to say coming from a skinny person, but thats just how i feel about this world!. i love to see gorgeous bigger curvy women who love and embrace their bodies!. i don't see as many skinny girls who do that, and that tells me a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on their attitude!. Overweight people who are unhappy about their weight but don't blame other people or outside sources, then I sympathise!. I feel bad for them and wish I could do something to help them either feel better about themselves or lose weight and I wish I could help them feel better!.

But overweight people who just blame everyone else or are bitter and resentful then it's harder to sympathise!.

One of my best friends is a very large lady, she weighs over 28 stone but she's never mentioned her weight or how she feels about it so neither do I!. I figure that if she wants to talk about it then I'm here, but it's not my right to bring up the subject unless she does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as I am not the one carrying the weight/fat I'm okay with it, though I still see it as disgusting and am a bit appalled with why anyone would want to be like that!. I don't find heavy people attractive, but don't mind such people as friends!. The problem isn't soo much their weight as it is that I don't feel I have as much in common with them!. I do find it incredibly disgusting to go out in public and see everyone out of shape and fat, then I do develope a problem with it!. A few fat an obese people I can handle, but when most everyone is, I just want to lose more weight cause I'm absolutely appalled!.

Neither!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
