Is it possible to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??!


Question: Is it possible to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks!?!?
If so, how!? I am watching what I eat!.!. I am a fairly active person, but I am going to visit my boyfriend in 2 weeks (who is at Basic Training)!.!.!. and I just want to look good for him!.

I am not overweight, about 130, but I have put on weight since he left (I eat when I'm depressed hahaha)!.

I know I should do cardio, but I have asthma so I can't run THAT much!. Maybe 10 minutes-15 minutes

it depends on your body!.!.!.usually in the first week of diet and exercise a person can lose up to 8 pounds!.!.!.!.but since you cant really jog or run i suggest you walk at least 2 miles a day with ankle and wrist weights and do some sit ups!.!.!.!.walking is very easy and you can do it in you fav!. outfit at the mall or whatever it is you like to do!.!.!.also as fair as dieting you should cut out breads, juice, and starches and only eat vegetables, drink water for the whole week, and only eat lean cuts for ex!.(boneless skinless chicken) hope this helps!.!.!.and remember that losing 8-10pounds in a week continuously is not good because the weight will come backWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight some weeks!. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long!. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed!.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad!. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns!.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don't ever think to fry it)

Day 3:


Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today!.


Day 4:

It is possible!.!.!.but it's really not healthy to do so!.!.!.and you don't want to risk getting sick right before you get to see him!.

But in general, walking is an alternative to running that most people can do!. And if you do weight training and yoga, you'll firm up a little!.

Your boyfriend will just be happy to see you and likely won't notice a couple pounds here or there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im stuck with a similar situation!.!.!. my husband and i are goin on a vacation the 26th, and i want a nice bod for a bikini, im at 136 5'9" and im tryin to lose atleast 6 lbs!. i think the only thing is to reduce calories to 800-1000 a day, only healthy foods, fruits vegetables nothing processed really!. i dont eat meat and that helps keep the weight off!.
my husband says i dont need to lose any weight!.!. but you know how women think! but either way our men love us how we are, and i think ur boyfriend will be happy to see you whether u lose the weight or not girl!Www@Answer-Health@Com
