Question: Was this okay for today if i didn't work out!? and what about a snack later!? easy 10 points (:!?
lunch
subway sandwich 6 grams of fat or less it was turkey and ham with no cheese, lite mayo, and lettuce, 90 calorie granola bar, and half a bowl of chicken noodle soup!.

dinner
yeast roll, 2 medium-small bowls of spaghetti that was made with whole wheat pasta, low calorie sauce, and 96% lean ground beef!.
desert-
fat free fudgesicle

what was my total number of calories!?
im thinking maybe 1500 calories, but that seems like a lot because i dont really feel like i ate too too much!. i was even considering having a snack later!.!.!.maybe a 90 calorie pack of quaker oat snacks and a cup of fat free chocolate milk!.


would that be okay to eat that extra snack if i did not work out today!? the reason i didnt was bc i was too tired/sore!. i ran 7 miles, 700 crunches, and machines at the gym over the last two days!. i needed a break!.

was my diet today okay!?
could i manage to eat that snack later!?

im 17, 5'4!.5'', and 126 pds!.

snacking anytime is bad unless its a healthy snack but but never over eat why 2 bowls of spaghetti one is ample and cut out granola bar and fudgesicle it says fat free but ther is nothing thats fat free it could be laced with salt or sugar and god knows what otherwise you are doing just fine
always have a dayas rest between exercising days unless you do other parts of the body and then have a day off then start again the 4th day
running that far is too much you will have sore knees and ankles but it down to half and walk the rest 1500 cals is too much you need 1000 to 1200 per day at the most I think why your tired is you seem to eat more than you should although you think you don't eat a lot and no drinks after 8!.30 at nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

What your eating is fine maybe you should write down the day before what your going to eat and its calories and if you eat anything extra add it in!. I eat 1200 cals a day and i run 20mins 7days a week 5 of the days i walk 6ks also on top of the 20min run!. Ive lost 1 and a hlaf kgs in 1 week!. Your exercises are too much!. Atleast 3 times a week exercising and eat right!. Drink plenty of water!. Take it slow and easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you wanting other people to control you and tell you what you can and cannot eat!? Are they you!? You should be making the choices, not other people whose opinions will vary according to how strict they are with their own diets or the mood they are in!. I don't think a snack will kill you, somehow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your diet today was fine, even if it wasn't your usual it still wasn't alot and i think the 90 calorie pack of oat snacks would be a great way to end the night however with the fat free chocolate milk, i would check the calories and serving size!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can have a piece of cake hun!! cuz you dont need to lose weight you really dont!.!.!. you're perfectly normal!. dont look at those stupid anorexic models on america's next top model or in your favorite magazine!.!. those girls are miserable no matter how perfect they think their bodies are!. running 7 miles and doing 700 crunches and more is not healthy for you unless you are regularly active but since you are tired then u are not used to that kind of work out, which means you need to slow it down a bit!. you're going to tire yourself out like this!. bad idea!. and dont worry about your exact calories, just eat the serving size of whatever you eat and dont worry so much!! if you really want to go on a diet then go on weight watchers!. i lost forty pounds on it ( and i'm still not as small as you and i know my size and i'm not fat so you're not fat!!) but you dont need to lose 40 pounds!. or 20!. or 10!. or 5!. or 1!. i know i didnt exactly answer your question but i do hope i helped!.
