Trying to get fit for cheerleading?!?! Help?!?!?!


Question: Trying to get fit for cheerleading!?!!?! Help!?!!?!!?
Okay!.!.so I tried out for cheerleading at my school and made it!. I want to lose a little weight so I feel more confortable around the other girls and in the uniforms!. I'm 5'3" now and weigh between 115 and 120!. What's a fast and easy weigh to lose weight!? Just about all the food in my house is junk because of my parents!.!.and when I ask them to buy me some healthier food, they just laugh at me!. I've been eating less and sometimes skipping meals (not purposely) because I haven't really had an apetite lately, but my mother found out and she's upset with me!. Now she makes me eat when I'm not hungry and it's making things worse!. I thought I was sort of getting somwhere but I guess not!. She told me she doesn't want me dieting or skipping meals!.!.And when I don't eat everything on my plate she freaks!. What do i do!? I'm not starving myself and she knows it! Is she trying to make me fat!?!?!? I just want to feel more confortable in my body and I don't know how I can do that! Please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Woah! Please don't loose weight!. Your 5'3 and your body weight should be 120!. Your almost underweight!. (According to your Body Mass Index) If you want to look more fit then try:
Watching FitTV and getting tips from them!.
Eat healthy but don't starve yourself!.
Cheerleading burns a lot of calories and so does gymnastics so it's great for your heart!.
Do some abb workouts and upper boddy strenghting!.
In no time your body should look toned and healthy!. But please don't try to loose weight!.
Confidence is key!.!.!.Tell yourself how good you look when your wearing an outfit you think you look awesome in!.

Don't skip meals, it slows down your metabolism!. I lost 100 pounds after the birth of my son when I went on a diet of only 1100-1200 calories per day!. You might need to increase that considering you are probably very active with cheerleading!. I lost almost one pound per day!. :) You can still eat the junk in your house, just make sure you watch your portion sizes and caloric intake!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do alot of sit ups and ab toning excercises!. also do leg excercises!. you might not loose weight, but getting rid of the extra flab and make you feel more confident!. one thing you shouldnt do is skip meals or barely eat!. you can eat alot just eat things like vegtables and greens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im also a small person so i know how hard it can be to loose even a little weight!. if you have cable, try th exercice on demand, great stuff, if not any tae bo routine really cuts the body fat down, eat healthy and try going to the store with your parents, then you can always get a few things you want, and drink lots of water!. tell your mom how you feel and why you're doing this!. tell her you just want to be in shape and that eating right and exercising will help!. you need to be strong and fit for cheerleading, and for me tae bo has helped alot, hope this helps and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
