Question: Ok did i eat too much today if i'm trying to lose weight!? please help!!?
i'm 17, 5'3 and about 110 lbs
i'm trying to get down to 100-105ish

today i had -
7: 30 am -
stonyfield yogurt - 130 cal
granola bar 120 cal -

11:am - small banana

2 pm -
joseph's flax, low carb, whole wheat lavish wrap (100 cal) with turkey and mustard total about (~200 cal)
apple
side salad - no dressing

5 pm -
sugar free rice pudding - 70 cal

7 30 -
soy yogurt - 150 cal
whole grain granola bar - 120 cal

10 pm -
glass of soymilk
1/2 an apple

also took dog on an hour walkWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say no, you're fine!. The best way to keep track is to log everything!. I know of a great site that worked to help me lose over 50 pounds!. It's My-Calorie-Counter!.com!. You can log everything you eat, exercise and it tells you how many calories you should consume daily as well as some other useful tools and best of all it's FREE! That's quite good for a healthy diet meal!. You will be in good shape if you carry on like this!. Maybe you can replace yogurt with carrot juice!. Carrot juice contains plently of Vitamin A & C!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
