Question: How long could you exist healthily on eating that Special K diet all the time!?
Would it give you all the vitamins you required or does it encourage binge eating at night cos you have been good all day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not sure about vitamins etc but i was on the special k diet for 4 weeks and i didnt binge eat at all!. i had the special k for breakfast and luch and then a normal, sensible tea and fruit through for snacks if i felt peckish and i was kine on it!.
