Question: If I exercise often, how often can I overeat/eat bad food without gaining weight!?

Sounds a lot like me!. I let myself eat whatever I want at least 1 day a week!. Otherwise, I would do it everyday!. Yes, my progress in losing weight is slow but I either increase my exercise or eat less another day during the week!. I was really bad one week and still lost 3 pounds but I exercised every single day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once a week!.
Over eat/eat bad food do not only make you gain weight but also potential to harm your overall health!. No matter how often you exercise please do not allow your self to consume bad food or over eating!. Its no good habit!.

Just try a new healthy habit, a new happy life style!.
