Grapefruit and dieting?!


Question: Grapefruit and dieting!?
I've heard grapefruit is good for losing weight!.!.why is this!? If i cut it in half and add a tea spoon of sugar on top!.!.am i defeating the purpose!? It's so sour!Www@Answer-Health@Com

grapefruit is usually great for your diet, especially in the morning!. There are studies that show people who eat a breakfast in the morning with half a grapefruit, have increased their metabolism, and it is chock full of necessary nutrients!. Don't take it if you are going through a cold, cause it has an opposite effect on cold medications!.
