Question:
Eating lots of protein= good weight gain?
Is it true that if you intake lots of protein while trying to gain wiehgt you'll put on slim weight while you lift weights of course?
DO you think its a good idea for me to take the Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars, and Body FOrtress vanilla flavored Whey Protein Shake, even since they are high in fats, they have lots of protein.

If you are trying to gain weight and doing weightlifting, YES
they are good fro you! To build muscle you NEED extra protein!! Not all protein bars and shakes are high in fats!
Look at all the different kinds there are!
