You shouldn't work the same muscle group every day!. It is best to let the muscles rest for a day!. You will see much better results that way!. The only muscles that I would suggest you work everyday are your abs!.

Also, for faster results and overall health, you should consider a good supplement and some healthy food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your trying to bulk up its best that you do low reps w/high weights and change the muscle groups that your working!. Adding in cardio everyday to maintain calorie burn!. So if you do an hour a day start w/a half hour of cardio and go into weights!. If you start on a Monday go upper body, Tuesday lower body, then start over!. Working the same muscle group daily will increase tone but not mass!. If your looking to just keep tone you can do cardio adding high rep counts will low weights working the whole body daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have heard that waiting a day in between workouts can be benefical, but i dont know what your exact goal is!. i would say if you do weight training on one day, and run/walk on the other, you can get both cardio and muscle building to work together!. i know guys who run and dont lift for instance and vice-versa!. i remember Arnold Shwartzenegger saying years ago that many weight lifters dont exercise their hearts and running is also important to weight lifters as well as marathon runners!. balance is key, alternate your workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every other day!. your body needs usually forty eight hours to recover completely from strenth training!.
just alternate the muscle groups you train so that you get a full body work out and you should be set!.

Squat needs at least a day of rest (best around 72hrs)!. Add pull ups, dips and bench to your workout to!. Eat like a beast and get tons of rest!. Have patience, you'll be noticeably larger in a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio every day, weights every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
