Answers:
I don't think beeing overweight damages your heart as much as puts a strain on it!
so if a change of diet results in weight loss, then there is automatically less stress on the heart!.

Doctors recommend a change in diet, light exercises depending on how much the body can cope with and basically a schedule that the person is comfortable with!. So eating a good breakfast is always a good suggestion, not skipping meals is another good suggestion, drinking milk, eating fruits and greens during this period is advisable and cutting down on beer and drinking more of wine is recommended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When someone is over weight it does not necessarily mean there heart is damaged, when you are over weight the chance of damaging your heart increases but it does mean it's damaged!.
Although if someone is over 100 kilo's there heart is under a lot of stress and it is unable to sustain much exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

they say it can be reversed!. i spose it depends on the amout of damage done to it!. I think the damge would have to be severe!. Its never to late to start a heathly diet and excercise regime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it depends how bad and if your heart has been damaged but good healthy eating and exercise can stop it getting anyworse and in most cases make the heart better and more healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
