Dancing figure, gain yourself 10 points!!!?

i dont get how dancers have good muscle shape at the back of there legs . any tips???


Answers:

They start training at 3 years old. They do tons and tons of stretching. When you do weight exercises you must do tons of stretching as well. You want to elongate the muscles and not just develop so that they are huge and bunched.

So exercise and stretch, stretch, stretch.
