Will i end up bullemic?!


Question: Will i end up bullemic!?
So i started dieting about 3 months ago!.!.
in those three months i only ost four pounds, because on the weekends i noticed my diet fell apart and i ended up overeating and being overrun by cravings!. by sunday night my self esteem has plumitted and i feel guilty, and end up pushing myself to the max monday through frida dieting and exercising even more to burn off the weekend binge,only to end up binging again!.!. well this weekend, i odid it again!.!. i woke up this morning and had french toast with eggs and cheese, followed by four cookies and a granola bar, then i had a banana split and a chicken sandwhich some fries a frappacino from starbucks 3 slices of pizza some chips and dip another cookie a peanut butter cup and a twix bar!. i felt so sick!.!. and the pressure on my stomache is so unbearable, i made myself throw up!. its the fourth time ive done it in the past 3 months!.!. i still feel sooo sick, and i want to go throw up again!.!. and whats even worse, im still thinking about cookies!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, it does sound like bulliemia!. Look!.!.!.Ive been dieting for three weeks and lost five pounds and now Im stuck because for a week i pigged out!. But i didn't get discouraged, I got more determined!. And thats what you need to do!. If you are starving yourself through the week, then you are going to pigg out on the weekends!. you aren't the only one that does it!. But look just because you fell back doesn't mean that the weight can't be lost and you can't eat right next time!. You can and you have to be more structured with your food planning!. I started making out a menu of foods to go by!. I count my calories and I eat about 1500-1600 cals a day and no less than 1200!. I buy only really healthy foods and I DONT keep junk food in the house at all!. By making a menu and sticking to it everyday, im not tempted to binge and pig out!. I walk everyday that I am off work for about three miles a day and I drink lots of water!. Keep a daily food journal and when you start getting close to your calorie limit stop eating and slow down!. And if you are still throwing up and binge eating after this then you need professional help!. Just know that you can eat and still be healthy and at a healthy weight!. You just got to eat enough calories a day and eat healthy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is bullimia!. You already have it!. See a doctor asap because this is a real disease and you cannot fix it by yourself!. Seeing that it is a problem is the first step!. People will say " use self control" but for people with this disease, it is not that easy!. Please, please, see your doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try not to throw up but just excercise some control on eating!. Its okay to let yourself eat tasty food every now and then but dont go overboardWww@Answer-Health@Com
