Is this whole wheat spaghetti meal okay for my diet? easy 10 points!!?!


Question: Is this whole wheat spaghetti meal okay for my diet!? easy 10 points!!!?
ive had 650 calories today of subway sandwich and chicken noodle soup!. im really sore and not feeling well today so i havent exercised!. but i ran 7 miles, 700 crunches, and machines over the last two days at the gym!. so its okay if i skip one day of workout!.!.!.


but my stomach really hurts bad in the inside !.!.!.it feels like my organs are ripping :( so i wanted to eat something light but with protein and healthy!.

so i bought whole wheat pasta and 96% lean ground beef with no saturated fats !.!.!.so im gonna make spaghetti!. is that a good and healthy meal!? because it IS whole wheat pasta and the 96% lean meat!.!.!.but for some reason i think its too much!?

so if i eat that then ill surely be up to 1200 calories, if ive already had 650!.
but is it healthy since i didnt work out!?

Haha!. Yes, it should be fine!. Your pain is most likely from overexercising!. I did a lot of crunches Thursday, so my abs are in a lot of pain!. Just tone down your exercise routine a little bit!. Exercise is good, but too much is bad for you!. As for your spaghetti, it's perfectly fine!. You're getting some good carbohydrates and proteins!. Though try adding in perhaps some marinara sauce or so as well to try to get some veggies in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is just fine if you skip one workout! you are suppose to allow yourself days off once or twice a week anyway and that meal seems great! thats a wonderful meal for both your diet and your body!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You only start building fat to your body when your energy input is to high for the body to use on the way!.
Sugar, wheat, rice, bread, potatoes does rise the blodsugar so quick that the body thinks there are very good times and the energy amount can not be used by normal activity there and then!. Then it goes to storage!. As Glycogene or fat!.
You should eat small meals with carrots, vegetables, fruits, eggs, water, fish and light meat!. The constant caloryconcerning will drive you nuts in the end!.
Keep your focus on living and not worrying!.
Stress and worrying increases your production of the hormon kortisol wich is a trigger for fat storing!. So take your focus of the damned calories and make a smart diet plan ahead!.
The impulse food shopping is a diets worst enemy
