Anyone no a good fitness plan?!


Question: Anyone no a good fitness plan!?
Right!.!.!.!. I'm 19, male, 6ft 3, about average build at moment!. I want to be more muscular and a bit slimmer!. I dont really know what exersizes to be doing or how much running etc to be doing!. Also what foods are good to be eating and what should be avoided!. Thanks for your help!.

Well - we could tell you but getting your head around some knowlegde is the first thing!. Speak to a trainer and you will find it not that complicated!.
A good beginners guide would be to pick 5 days a week that you are free to exercise!. Set aside 1 - 1/2 hours from start to finish!. For muscle development you need to weight train arms, shoulders, chest,back, legs ect!. A program needs to be designed so speak to a professional!. After your weights session, finish with 30 min of cardio - jog,bike etc!.
And for abs do NOT situps, but crunches - think slow and controlled movements for all resistance exercise!.

Food is MAJOR - if you eat too much or crappy takeaway, your results from exercise will be hiding under a layer of fat!.
Think fresh fruit and veg, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates!. Get knowledgeable - its the only way!.

Keep a dairy of training and food!.
Set yourself a goal in short term format - 12 weeks is normal!.
Give yourself at least 6 weeks to see some of a result!. Its easy to give up if you go too hard too early - so focus on consistancy and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a six pack you should try a combination of sit ups and crunches!. Also eat as little fat as possible because it will almost certainly cover up your hard work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
