Yes, and to protect your bones over 30 from osteophytes and osteoporosis, take at least 1000 mg, and over 40 take over 1500 mg (my doctors recommendations) with vitamin D for absorbtion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, I take prenatal vitamins since I am of child bearing age and plan on having more children in the next few years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
