I ate like a fatsh*t yester day......help!?!


Question: I ate like a fatsh*t yester day!.!.!.!.!.!.help!!?
Well yesterday i had 3 slices of pizza, a big bag of raisinets, and a pretty thick doughy cinnamon stick!. I don't really notice any weight gain!.!.if anything i feel good today!.Today i had a bowl of kashi cereal with non fat milk, a salad with grilled chicken and peppers, and a 90 cal!. skinny late!.
i am having tofu for dinner!.!.about 200 cal dinner!.
is this ok for today since i ate so much yesterday!?
also i walked around the city for about 50 minutes!.!.an hour !.!.something like that!.
Will i still gain from yesterdays binge!?

As a 5"10er myself, the one asset we have as tall girls is our height!. Food we can have up to 1400 calories w/o really seeing anything gained!. The shorter girls, the instant they put away like 1600 it's harder to hide!. I'd say for the next week detox!. Eat alot of fruits, vegetables, water, tea, exercise an hour or two a day from now on!. If you exercise about 6-8 hours a week, alittle plurge won't hurt, and you can get back on the sexy train!. Don't ruminate or get all depressed!. Just eat less for a week, then go back to normal apetite!. Make the crazy over eating happen once a month ,no more!. Just learn balance!. Get addicted to something else for when you feel a need to over eat!. Like exercise(i!.e!. yoga, sex, etc!.), or writing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you may want to look into getting help, it sounds like you may have an eating disorder, you shouldn't have to worry that much about how many calories you eat, especially at the age of fifteen, your metabolism should be able to handle that intake!. I am serious, you should talk to someone!. Even though your weight is within normal range, there are obsessive qualities that you are demonstrating!. You can make an appointment with your doctor because you are over the age of thirteen if you don't want to talk to your parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

weight fluctuates normally with the amount of water you retain!. so if you weigh 1-2 lb heavier, don't panic!. you'll pee and return back to normal!. usual suspects of water retention are salty, carby foods like your pizza!. so basically the weight shouldn't be permanant!. really, you should only be concerned if for example you suddenly gained like 10-15 lbs in two weeks or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

of course everyone is different, but it sounds to me like you're an eating disorder waiting to happen!. You know that if your body doesn't get the energy it needs it starts cannibalizing itself!? there was a girl who died of heart failure because her body ate her heart because she didnt eat enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds to me like you know what is good for you and you stick to it!.!.!. a slip up every now and then isnt really going to hurt you!. Be carefull though because if you are eating this healthy too much cardio could reduce the necessary layer of fat around your heart!. Its true my ex girlfriends step father accomplished it and his cardiologist banned him from cardio for life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha same thing happened to me actually, i ate normally during the day but then i went to a friends house and had a pint of vegetarian lo maine and ate most then had candy n stuff, today i just ate less!.
