What is good cardio that is not overly strenuous?!


Question:

What is good cardio that is not overly strenuous?

I have tried running but it is just too much for me. I have an inhaler and I play tennis and I do okay with that. I just want to strengthen my heart and get rid of a little belly fat for a wedding. Any advice would be great!


Answers:

Walking will get you toned up like no other exercise. Brisk walking, 45 minutes daily. For asthma I recommend the early morning hours before the sun comes out or in evening right as the sun is going down.

Pilates or Yoga-Low stress excersise.

Yoga is especially good, focusing on breathing.

Crunches, low stress on back area, reps of 10
take water breaks.

Drink green tea and avoid all soda and sweets at least
until after the wedding.
