I'm 22 years old 5'9 tall and weight 190 pounds i try to work out 5 days a week!. if you think I'm fat what can i do to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. What is your build!?

I am 29 5'10 and with my build they say my optimum weight is 170-180!. That is alot for a woman I thought!.

My doctor told me to cut out soft drinks (which i did), if I drink tea drink it unsweet no artificial sweetener!. It actually fools your body and you produce insulin which you don't need so the end result is you are more hungry!. Cut the carbohydrates you eat!.
