Fasting (for non-religious resons). How does it feel to fast for 7 days?!


Question: Fasting (for non-religious resons)!. How does it feel to fast for 7 days!?
I will be oly eating 2 pieces of fruit a day (so not 100% fast)!.

first 3 days are the hardest!!

Make sure you drink A LOT!!!! of liquids, best thing is water,
Next best thing is juice

You might get headaches, That will probably be due to dehydration, therefore, I can't stress how important It is to drink regularly!!

When I fasted, On the 3rd day I started to find food nauseating!
So I decided to start eating again

But watch out when you come out of a fast!
NEVER!!!!.!.and I mean NEVER! eat like a horse when you come out of a fast!! Its the worst thing you can do!!
All the food you eat when you come out of a fast, that goes directly into fat!
So I suggest, when you want to come off your fast, then for the first day, eat a stick of celery 5-6 times a day about 3 hours apart!.
And on the second day, add another fruit (mellon is good, Its also a neg!. cal fruit, so it wont turn to fat)
And later on in the 2nd day of coming off your fast, Add another veg/fruit !.!.!. try tomatoe!.!. its so yum! and hardly any calories!
On the 3rd day you can start eating small ammounts of other food,eg!. bread, meat etc!.
But small amounts! Slowly ween your way back to eating as much as you normally do

But I warn you! Its incredibly hard! And if you do want to come off at any time, then make sure you do it the way I said!
And you will feel hungry, especially for the first few days, but unless your used to feeling hungry, or if your good at ignoring your stomach growling then you should be fine!

And If you get hunger pains, then curl up in a ball! It reaaaly helps!

Not good!. I used to do this (minus the fruit, plus small amounts of juice) and it made me dizzy, confused, and apparently at an increased risk for sudden death!.
You cannot really do too much while you're on a fast like this, because you don't feel very energetic and you get dizzy when you stand up and move too quickly!.
Not only that, but the minute you start to eat again, you will gain all of the weight back VERY easily, at least 50% right away and the rest within a few days!. It's completely pointless, really bad for you, and a fast way to an eating disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have no medical conditions that involve blood sugar or heartrate such as hypoglycemia then you will feel slightly hungry after the 1st 2 days but remember drink loads of water xWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you will be feeling pretty crappy! dizzy, light headed, hungry, irritable, tired, sore,!.!.!.the list goes on!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
