You can't really answer that question!. The problem with "average" measurements is that it doesn't take into account your body type or your family history!. That being said, yours is a bad question!.
Instead of trying to reach some ideal put forth by the media, try to find what is doable FOR YOU!. As long as you are of a healthy body fat percentage and following a healthy exercise/eating regimen, you shouldn't worry if you can't fit into those size 0 jeans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
