Answers:
Here are two suggestions:

1!. Do seated barbell biceps curls!. Underhand grip, shoulder width apart!. Since the bar cannot go as low while seated, you'll be able to do more weight, start with about 150% of your normal weight!. The rep range is 8 - 12!. After you cannot do anymore, wait 30 seconds, and repeat with 10% more weight!. Rep until failure!. Do this every 4th day for 16 days!. You should see a marked improvement in your biceps curl!.

2!. Work the rotor cuff, and back (especially traps) to increase bench!. Both of these come into play, and they are often ignored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your wight amount is staying the same, you've definitely hit a plateau!. Your muscles have became accustomed to your routine and are expected to do the same exercise all of the time!. In order to get past this, you need to mix it up a bit!. Try doing different exercises or different rep sets in order to stimulate the muscles to grow!. After several weeks of this, try your old routine out!. I'm sure you'll notice results!.
Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you need to do is eat more and maybe take a protein shake or two!. This will up the calories and fats that you could possibly turn into muscle!. Try to eat healthy fats such as mono-saturated!. Also, stay away from all trans fats as you CAN'T lose these!. Take a multivitamin if you wish as it lets you get the daily value of all vitamins that your body needs!. Good luck and get over the little hump you might be in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
