Question: Way to get rid of a little fat on stomach!?
hi, im 14 (male) and i have a little stomach fat which i want to get rid of because im embarassed to take me shirt off!. im kind of athletic and i eat a little junk!. i dont know where to start!.!.!. can someone help me!? guide me!? idk i just neeed a lil help!. not im really FAT just little !.!.!.!. idk flabby!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

first off check your B!.M!.I (you can search it up on google "B!.M!.I calculator) this can determine if your weight it healthy!.
Also to loose weight
you have to burn more calories then you eat!.!.!.
normally in a day you burn off every Calorie you eat, but if you exercise every day you will burn even more !!! you should be eating about 800-1000 calories a day but if your burning extra calories a day, you will be on the right track!.
and if you ever get a temptation to eat junk food, think to yourself that if i eat this i will have to work SO much harder to burn it off!.


to burn it off, i personally run for 15 min a day
cardio is what really helps loose weight
you dont have to run, biking is fine to
anything that makes your heart beaat alot
