Question: Best healthy way to lose weight in 11 days!.!?
I'm 25 years old!. 5 foot 3 inches tall, 130 pounds and a mother of a 6 year old and 4 year old!. I'm going to Mexico in 11 days and I've got to lose some weight to feel good in a bikini!. My problem area is mainly my tummy but I'd love to tone up that area around the back of my arm pit on my back you know!? My legs for some reason are great and I like my butt!. Is ther anything I can do wihtint 11 days to get rid of some weight off atleast my belly before I go!? I have this Tae Bo cardio video that I was doing!. I think its like 45 minutes and it really kicks my butt but withing even 2 weeks of doing it along with 50-100 crunches a day I didn't lose any weight!. There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
