Need help with TONING BODY?

i've always been really athletic since i'm a cheerleader but recently in like the past year i have started to get a bit podgy and now i'm 5'5 and 138 pounds i don't look fat i just have big thighs and butt and i'm starting to get a bit of a plump stomach. Does anyone know how to get toned in like 21 days. i don't mind being strict about stuff i just need something that really works well and get me toned even if its just a little bit.

There are so many things you can do...the options are limitless. To start off with......

Exercise:
Start with 3 sets of 10 situps,lunges and squats. Don't forget cardio as well. Over time, change up the routine or your muscles will get used to the exercise and not improve as much. I read Fitness magazines which has new moves every article for ideas. Saves a fortune on personal training.

Diet:
To begin, start by cutting your portions in half. This requires no dieting or restrictions on the type of food you can eat and will generate results very quickly. You also will help prevent binge eating since you can eat any food you want.
