it is important for you to start with 15 minutes of brisk walking and increasing it upto 45 minutes a day!.
there is no need to diet, just omit the "unnatural stuff" in your diet!.
ommit soft drinks, avoid processed foods (cheese, butter), fast food cooked in processed animal fat, and anything tht includes, "modified/ concentrated corn syrup"!. (this will break your heart but all bottled beverages contain corn syrup)!.
instead stick with, homemeade leamonade, green tea, cold cofee to cool off, homemade butter and cottage cheesem homemade yogurt (without sweetner)!.
Milk is very important for you, i advise you to drink two glasses of 2% reduced fat milk every day!. use moderate amount of sugar if you need it but DONT use artificial zero calorie sweetners (splenda, sugar free etc)
you need to stick to the most organic and natural stuff to feed your body!. try avoiding meat, stick to grilled chicken n fish (organic)!. lastly, relaxation is important , try meditation along with a healthy "natural" diet and moderate exercise!.

your body will feel rejuvinated and you will loose weight naturally and easily!.

well!.!.!.eat breakfast for starters! it gives your metabolism a jump start in the morning!.!.!. make sure its healthy! [breakfast is very very important] eat 6 small meals a day and drink as much water as you possibly can!. NO soda, chips, donuts etc!. they are empty calories and are doing NOTHING GOOD for your body!. as far as exercise goes, try and do at least a little something every day!. docs say 30 min of exercise per day!. it doesn't have to be one 30-min stretch!. it can be broken up into 3 separate 10 min sessions!. best exercises in my opinion for the legs are squats and lunges!. they're good for the butt too! to lose all around body fat, or even to lose fat in 'target' areas, cardio is a MUST!. that's the only way you'll lose inches!. get some strength training in to help tone!.!.!. get some small dumbbells or a medicine ball!.!.!. or just be creative! after school, run up and down the stairs! that's cardio and will work wonders on your legs! but all in all, have fun doing it!. if it feels like a chore, it will become one and you'll lose all motivation!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO junk food!. And take a walk everyday!. Also!.!.!.and this might sound funny!.!.!.but my friend was overweight and was embarrassed to go for a walk in public!. Ha!. Silly!. But she actually started running in place, inside her home, for 1/2 hour every day!. And that was the ONLY exercise she did!. By the end of two months, she had lost 20 pounds!. Between ignoring the junk food and that 1/2 hour of exercise, she was able to lose enough weight that she felt comfortable exercising in public, again!.

The best way to loose weight is to do naturally!. The body will accept it better!. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat!. 3 light meals a day!. No sugar stuff!. Soft drinks are no good!. Plain water is the best!. No sweet drinks and no snack!. Do not eat between meals!. Have regular time meals!. Do not eat before bed!. No supper!. Breakfast is a must!. Take a light lunch!. A lighter dinner!. Less red meat, if possible take fish!. The best way to eat fish is to steam it!. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day!. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd!. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula!.

remember I kilograms = 2!.2046 pounds
