What is the 'maximum growth' that someone can achieve without really try!

Question: What is the 'maximum growth' that someone can achieve without really trying!?
Well, this question isn't for me in particular, as I've lifted weights for about 12 years and I'm in pretty good shape!.

However!.!.!.I wondered about this odd question today, and thought I'd ask to see what others think though I know there are a lot of 'factors' that would affect the outcome!.

The scenario: Say that there is a typical guy who is past the 'growth' phase!.!.!.basically over 21 years old!. On a typical, American diet of part 'healthy' and part junk food!. The typical liquid intake of a little bit of juice every once in a while, a moderate amount of soda, and a moderate amount of water!. Say that this person is average in their weight, with a moderate metabolism!. If this person started lifting weights from scratch!.!.!.how many months would you say it would take for them to reach their 'max' or 'peak' condition/muscle physique to the point where they couldn't get in a better shape or grow more muscle until they changed their diet!? A couple of months!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This is all based on someones DNA more than anything else!. However, your hit the nail on the head!. Everyone when they first start lifting will have above average growth in muscle tissue and strength!. Most people in your scenario would max out in a year!. After that, diet would definitely become a bigger deal to keep increasing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
