Question: Dieting help!?
i'm trying to lose wight for my quinceanera in about 4 months
im looking to lose about 30-40 ponds
any eating or excersising tips!?

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

you should be able to lose about 2 pounds every week without having to do anything drastic!.

try drinking more water - about 8 full glasses and also drinking juices and green tea - green tea is good because it helps flush stuff out of your body so a lot of people on diets drink it!. you don't need to drink a lot of it, just drink it frequently!.

try to focus on a vegetarian diet plan with little dairy and meat!. remember it's better to eat small amounts throughout the day rather than big meals at set times!. Doing this should help to speed up your metabolism!. and fruit is a great snack!
whenever you eat chew slowly it helps your digestion and gives the brain time to take in the fact that you have been eating for a long time and suggests that you should be full!.

aim to exercise 3 days a week for about an hour to two hours each, don't push yourself otherwise your body will refuse to cooperate and stay hydrated!. Try to do cardio if you want to loose weight and maybe a high repetition of some light weights to help you tone up!.!.!.!.
and it's better to exercise in the morning before eating breakfast because then your body takes the energy it needs and makes use of the breakfast so the calories don't just pile up and turn into fat!.

and sleep earlier for longer- i know it sounds strange, but it does help!

eat three balanced meals a day !.leave off junk foods!. these are empty calories and not filling!. exercise twenty minutes a day!.do not try to live on salads!. you can get sick!. they are good for you provided you have a meat and a bread and some milk and a fruit!.don't cut out your sweets altogether!. this can lead to [hypoglycemia]low blood sugar!. this can lead to fainting spells!. cutting too many calories from your diet can cause loss of hair,muscles!. and lead to anorexia,a very serious eating disorder!. i need to lose thirty pounds!.i eat corn flakes and low fat milk and banana for breakfast,avoid sausage or bacon!.thesefoods are high in salt which tend to cause the body to retain fluid!.avoid allsalty foods!.put salt in the food that is cooking for your meal!. do not resalt !.our body has to have iodine, a necessary found in salt!.but don't over-salt!.i hope this helps!. good luck and god bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid sugar and excercise several times a week and you will lose weight!. I personally ride my mountain bike 80 to 100 miles a week and I push it to failure on steep hills; meaning don't kill yourself to try and prove some silly point!. I am losing about 10 and 12 lbs!. a month!. One teaspoon of sugar in my coffee in the morning and that is it for sugar!. Some new diet drinks aren't half bad so there is no reason you can't lose weight if you are determined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Watch what you eat!. I used to eat rice more than three cups a day!. When I started dieting, I gradually cut my rice intake to one cup a day, usually in the morning!. If I would attend a party, that's when I eat rice to enjoy the food!. Avoid carbonated drinks, iced tea or any commercially prepared drinks!. Drink lots of water!.
2!. Exercise at least 15 minutes a day!. Go to the gym three times a week!.
3!. Treat yourself!. Have a rest day from dieting!. Allot a day where you could eat anything you like in moderation!.

I lost a total of 60 lbs!. by doing these in 9 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nutrition:
-drink only water, green tea, and skim milk (you need milk until you're 15, don't listen to the first person's comment!)
-get your daily fruits and veggies
-try to limit yourself to 3 pieces of junk food a week
-before you eat, drink a glass of water to fill you up and make you eat less
-DO NOT EAT WHITE BREAD! only have whole wheats and grains
-eat only oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, no sugary cereals
-limit red meat to once a month
-have fish, its good for you!

fitness:
-use 4 pound weights to weightlift twice a week, it will speed up your metabolism so you will slim down rather than bulk up
-run for 10 minutes 6 days of the week
-subscribe to 17 magazine and follow their workouts!
