Don't waste your money. If diet pills actually worked, everyone would be skinny and really in shape. The only thing that works is diet and exercise. If you look on the bottle it even says along with a diet and exercise plan. Of course they want you to believe that by adding these they will make you lose weight when really by altering your diet and exercise plan you will lose weight without them.
A couple of years ago when ephedriene was still legal diet pills used a EAC stack. Ephedrine, asprin and caffiene. This combonation did actually work. However now that its been banned for any diet pills to use that, the pills are much less effective.
