Muscle groups?!


Question: Muscle groups!?
how often should i workout and how much muscle groups do i work out each day or whenever i'm supposed to work outWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
you should workout 4 to 6 times a week!. so leave at least one day of rest per week!. but you don't want to work the same muscle groups every day you need to distribute so each group isn't worked every day!. so for example:
Day 1
work biceps and back muscles and shoulders

Day 2
work triceps and chest muscles (bench press is the best for this one) and abs

Day 3
calves and forearms

Day4
(rest)

Day 5
hamstrings thighs buttox muscles and abs

Day 6
shoulders biceps and calves

Day 7
(rest)

so there you have it you can change things up and mix it around but thats a basic idea of what it should look like and the muscle groups you should work!. well i hope this helps!. also eat healthy and drink lots of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Workout every other day!. Don't do it everyday (it won't develop because you need some time to give a rest)
Eat a lot protein food (helps develop)
Also when working out, do around 30 minutes
10 minutes on chest, 10 minutes on biceps/triceps, 10 minute on abs!.
Also run 30 minutes everyday!. (develops your leg muscles)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to lift legs one day, and the next day lift arms, and chest!. ( this always muscule to heal and become bigger before working out again!.)

You should work hard enought that you can barly stand or do another set ( do 4 sets of 15)

Drink water while you lift, in small amounts!.

One more things, your muckles should be tired not your lungs!. they should ack not burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one day chest/triceps
one day back/biceps
one day legs/abs
