Healthy diet!. (No red meats, no dairy, no wheat) Stick to oats, brown rice, fish, LOTS of fruit and LOTS of veg!. Lots of water and juices!.

Accompany with cardio!. It's the singular most important aspect to losing weight and toning up!. There's no easy way to do it!. Cardio will help you burn off any excess fat before any progress you make during toning will begin to become obvious!.

The bottom line is that everyone has muscles, but everyone also has fat!. Fat has to be worked off before your muscles can be seen!. And isolating a muscle area in the hopes of losing fat (from that particular area) doesn't work!. You have to do cardio to get rid of body fat!. Usually 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week!.

hey alright well im the same but i weigh 140 and im still
losing weight,
but ive lost 12 pounds in the past month
SO heres what i did to lose it,
i went to the gym every day (but sunday) for an hour and half
and burned 600 calories and only ate 900-1400 (depending)
and i drink alot of water and NO soda well maybe every once in awhile
but you should try that maybe not go to the gym as much as me but just try to burn off as much calories as you can in a day and you will see results and thats the best!

So!.!.!. as of about 7 months ago I was 262 lbs!.!.!. I've lost 56!. I've found that the easiest way to lose weight is to make substitutions in your diet; you can't just stop eating!. Make sure that you drink plenty of water, and feed your metabolism lower calorie foods!. If you stop eating, then your metabolism will slow down (and you don't want that!)

Stick to lower calorie foods like veggies and fruits (be careful of serving sizes when it comes to fruits however, while the sugar is natural, it's still sugar!)

Get exercise And way you can!.!.!. walk to work, take the stairs, walk in place while you watch TV!.!.!. you'd be surprised how burning off 20 calories ever here and there will help!.

PS: you could also try a thermogenic (pill that claims to "burn fat")!.!.!. these can help some people!.!.!. but they can be expensive and sometimes the user doesn't notice them helping!.!.!. plus they often are LOADED with caffeine! (Hydroxycut is an example of a thermogenic)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dancing is a great way to to tone up, especially latin types and it is fun!. Check out ZUMBA!.

Watching portion sizes and changing your diet is the easiest way to loose lbs!.
