Do I have time?!


Question:

Do I have time?

I want to lose 10 pounds by September 1st.
I'm going to eat 1200 - 1500 calories per day.
1 hour of exercise - running, walking, soccer, basketball, ect.

I figure I'll lose about 1 - 2 pounds per week.
Is that right?

If not, do I have time to lose 10 pounds by September?

Any tips/advice?

jsut dont forget to drink water, get sleep, and eat the RIGHT calories, not a bunch of fast food ****. really go overboard with the food, salads, protein, low carb this, etc. if you want that second helping, dont.
