How can I lose weight on my thighs??? I need a way to lose weight that won't!


Question: How can I lose weight on my thighs!?!?!? I need a way to lose weight that won't take too long!?!?!?!?!?
My height is 5'1" and I weigh 118 lbs!.!.!. My whole body is fine except for my thighs; I feel like a lot of the weight in my body is taken up by my thighs!. I will work out a diet and cut out a lot of the carbohydrates but as far as exercising, what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just to let you know, nothing works that fast!. you can do squats, that works all parts of your legs and your butt too!. or lunges help too!. I have been working out for a month 6 days a week and i havent really seen a difference!. But everyones differentWww@Answer-Health@Com
