It's quite simple, really, especially if it's only a couple of pounds which can be done in two weeks quite comfortabely!.

Lower your overall caloric intake!. Simplest way to do this is cut out any fast food or desserts (hey, it's only two weeks, you can do it!.) Replace deserts with fruit and replace bad meats (burgers, hot dogs, steak) with turkey and chicken as well as spinach and tomato salads!. Also, drink a lot of water so that your body doesn't think its dehydrated and hold on to too much!. You can drop a couple pounds essentially permenantly just by drinking more water to reduce water retention!.

If you want even faster results add on a 20 minute run 3-5 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups to tighten the tummy,no junk foods,balanced meals only!.no fried foods!.they contain twice the calories as baked foods!.but have a small dessert to keep your blood sugar from getting too low!.you''ll look great by the time swim season is here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
