How do I lose stomach fat and man boobs completely, I'm very low weight for !


Question: How do I lose stomach fat and man boobs completely, I'm very low weight for my height though!.!?
I am 5'11 and I'm 137
I know its very hard to believe to have man boobs and some stomach fat but I do!.
I run 5 miles everyday and it seems like its not enough
I also weight lift 3 X a week
bench press, curling, chin ups etc
I try to eat around 2500 calories a day!. However, I can't spread it out more than 4 times a day!.

How am I supposed to lose them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to tell you this but your exercise plan should be doing it for you!.!.!.unless your eating junk and processed food!. If you are eatting yucky then stop and eat healthy!. I would say that you need to go to the dr because you have low testosterone!. It should be sitting pretty high if your young!. It sounds like your in the 300 range!.!.!.which is way low!. If your testosterone is low your going to feel like your fighting a never ending battle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing!.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time!. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body!. And there's also the Jojo-effect!.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports!.
Diet has to begin in your head!. And you already started to think about your nutrition!. That's an important step!. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight!. But it will come back soon again!. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result!. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet !?

swim, it works every muscle in your body!. if you dont normally swim, and you swim a lot then you will become sore!. which means you are gaining muscle and your boobs should go away sooner or laterWww@Answer-Health@Com
