Why does my belly protude?!
Question: Why does my belly protude!?
Okay so my belly protudes!. My belly is 29 inches and when I suck it in its 27 inches!. Why is this!? I've done tons of sit ups and other exercises but it just protudes!. Its never flat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit-ups tone your stomach, but if there is a layer of fat on top of those toned muscles you will still have a protrusion!. You need to burn that layer off with cardio exercise!.!.!.!.

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.
