Question: Help me before it's late: how to grow taller!?
i'm 17 years old and goin' to be 18 in 11 months, and i'm 178 cm tall, my tall 've increased about 28 cm scince i was 15, but now it suddely stopped for about 3 months, and i wanna be at least 183 cm tall so plz tell me wut i gotta do!?

Sure man!.If its in ur genetics 2 be tall then u will get taller!.If ur mother and father are taller than u or 1 of them then u will still grow more,bt if nt u aint growing more,bt eating proteins and calcium will make u grow taller!.Calcium helps with bone grow and thus makes the body grow taller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
