Does Cylaris work??!

The thing about all of these diet pills is they are going to affect each person differently!. For my husband they had no negative effects but for me they did!. They are filled with caffeine!.!.!.so if you aren't regularily a coffee drinker I would suggest drinking 2 cups of coffee or green tea a day rather than going on any of these pills!. We have chosen to take multivitamins twice daily in the morning we take our mv with B12 and in the evenings we take our mv with Pantothenic Acid (B5) Other things that will help you see a difference and help to keep you motivated are fibre, activia yogurt!.!.things like these!. I drink Metamucil twice daily as well!. A few people think that this is gross however a large percentage of people don't go to the bathroom often enough and that causes build up of waste in your body which is very unhealthy!. So, this may help you to start feeling better and less lethargic quicker!.!.which is always a great kick start! :)
So, as opposed to taking diet pills (which in my experience are no good for your system or health) you should try to figure out your own regimen (as we have done) and go with that instead!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
