I used a 1200 calorie diet through the Campbell's Soup for Life plan!. (google Campbell's Soup for Life plan)

I was 200 lbs when I had my baby and lost 12 in the hospital and got down to 150 lbs in a couple months keeping to the 1200 calorie diet!. I was 27 years old last year when I did this!. Good luck! And you don't have to follow the plan EXACTLY - but it does give you a great idea how much is 1200 calories a day and I just mixed and matched the menu items!.

Any fewer calories than this may make you feel VERY hungry and not keep the weight off later!. I would stick with 1200!. I did not exercise since I had a new baby!.!.!. but I didn't have as much weight to lose either!. So doing this and 30 min/day of exercise should get you on the right track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you consume too little calories in a day, your metabolism will slow down meaning that your body will store more fat and won't burn off calories as quickly!. But if you eat too many calories you won't lose weight at all!. The recommended calorie intake for a woman is 1800 calories!. The recommended calorie intake for a woman on a diet is between 1000 and 1200 calories a day!. That way your body won't starve itself of essential vitamins, minerals and energy, and you'll be losing weight the healthy way!.

acctually to lose weight you have to burn more calories then your takin in, so eat like 1800 calories, and burn that + more so you can lose the weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat about 1200-2000

though you should still have a big breakfast!. thats the key to weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
