Question:

This question is about abs!?

I was just wondering, why some people have "crooked" abs and some people have perfectly aligned abs? Is it the type of excerise, or maybe they're leaning to one side too much while doing a crunch or sit up?
Since, i am working on my torsou [sp?] a lot more now, and i'm worried that I might end up with one ab smaller than the other, etc.
And, if its nothing to do with how you're exercising, then is there anyway i can reasure that I get a straight aligned pack?

you want to make sure your exercising the full range of your muscle with every movement. Many times people will develop uneven and lop-sided muscles (especially with abs) when they attempt to use too much weight, and constantly over-train a particular region. Stick with Extremely High reps and small resting periods (20 seconds). Form is very very important. Never sacrifice your form for extra reps or weight and you should be fine. Good Luck
