Question: Want to reduce weight without subliments!.!.!.any idea!?
hai friends im 22 male !.!.!.height 5!.9inch and weight 80kg!.!.!.!.my weight should be 70 for my height!.!.so friend !.!.!.im read to do exercise for 2hour a day!.!.and ready to be in diet !.!.!.but only thing is i want to readuce 10kg in 30days!.!.!.!.

please dont thing its not possible i have already reduced 6!.5kg in 30days !.!.!.!.so i need more tips to reduce my weight!.!.

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
