Need to gain weight...?!
Question: Need to gain weight!.!.!.!?
I am 18 years old
5'6 and 110 lbs!.
I used to be kind of chubby through out high school and I began losing all this weight (Ive lost about 30 lbs over the years) and now I'm a freshman in college -- and multiple people are beginning to tell me im way too skinny!. They say I need to put some weight on and I look skeleton-ish!.
I need help as to your thoughts on the situation, what I should eat, what I shouldn't eat, if I should work out, and any other help!.

Ok, Focus on Carbs (bread and such) and Protien (Meat) They both build energy and musle, and a little fat !.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
