How can i stay motivated to lose weight?I get lazy to workout and i don't know what to do, and i'll end up

eating junk food so what can i do?

Provide some personal goals for yourself.

Refer back to some of the currently reality tv shows.

Set a personal goal to treat yourself; 2 pounds this week and the following week a little bit more, to push yourself to see the bigger picture.

20mins to start a brisk walk and yoga.
