Question: Question about weight, etc!?
I am a 16 year old girl at 5'2!. The most I've ever weighed is 120 pounds!. My weight always changes between 113-120!. Right now it is 120 since I haven't been able to exercise due to my broken foot!. Is it normal to weigh that much!?

Also, what can I do to have more energy during the day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your at a normal weight!. Don't worry! If you want to get more energy in the day exercises will do that!. But if you really want alot of energy I guess you could drink a energy drink or something!. If you don't want all that sugar in your body, then maybe try doing it the natural way, sleep!. Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night!. That way your body should feel refreshed in the morning at you will feel less exhausted throughout the day!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it!. She did nothing else!Www@Answer-Health@Com
