How many calories should i eat a day? (not trying to loose or gain)?!

How many calories should i eat a day? (not trying to loose or gain)?

i didnt get much exersize today. i already ate 500 calories (after lunch) for my dinner it would be around 860 calories for the day. is that too much calories if i didnt get a lot of exersize?


Answers:

you should never go below 1200 calories -below that, you're body goes into starvation mode and you will do serious damage. If you aren't trying to lose weight, you should be getting probaby somewhere between 1600-2000 calories every day. but that all depends on your weight/height/activity level. If you do workout, you should be getting more calories to replace those exerted, unless you are trying to lose weight.

Go to www.calorie-count.com you can open a free account and put in your information (height/weight/activity level, etc.) and it will calculate how many calories you should be getting in a day.

Whatever you do, eat more than what you're eating now!
