How can I get toned legs and butt and still stay curvy...?

I have noticed that mariah carey is curvy but still has fit legs....I'm kind of curvy 2 and was wondering how 2 get fit.....also will getting toned get rid of cellulite...thanx in advance

yes you can still stay curvy, and be fit... it you want to rid cellulite, you have to exercise and drink plenty of water.. (water will help flush fatty deposits from you body)
BUTTOCKS
1.) get on all fours and extend one leg out with toes pointed to ceiling.. slowly bring your knee towards your chest, then slowly kick back and up towards the ceiling... repeat this process 40 times.. then do the next leg the same way..40 times..(stretch before and after you exercise)
Thighs/outer and inner
1.) lie on you side, knees on top of each other.. slowly raise your knee no higher than your waste... repeat this process 40 times. then turn on the other side and repeat the process on the other leg.. 40 times. (stretch before and after you exercise)
INNER
1.) lie on your back, with legs up, slowly open and close your legs 50 times.. when you are finished sit up and lean forward as far as you can to stretch
Tummy
1.) lie on your back, place your hands under your butt close to you lower back for support, bring both of your legs straight up in the air.. using your butt, lift yourself a few inches off the ground, then lower yourself back down.. repeat this process 30 times.. when your finished roll over on your tummy and lift up your tummy to stretch...
