Answers:
If you're working out and eating 1400 cal a day, you may not be eating enough for your body to function properly without going into starvation mode!. However, if you're doing weight training, you are gaining muscle mass which weighs more than fat!.!.!.therefore your scael will slowly be moving up!.

Take a look at WHAT you're eating and not how much!. udging by your work out sessions, you should be eating 2-3 servings of protein a day!. Fish, cottage cheese, eggs, tofu, protein pownder, chicken are all good protein choices!.

When working out, make sure to consume some sort of protein within half an hour after your work out!.

Try sticking to 2 starches a day and keeping them before 4pm as well as lots of fruits and veggies (especially low glycemic veggies eg!. celery, lettuce, cucumbers)

Also, its important to consume 64oz of water a day!. However, when working out, increase your water intake by 12-16 oz to help protect your joints and muscles as well as prevent water retention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
