Your doing good so far just keep doing that!. But remember to keep eating right and healthy!. Because if you don't your sit ups and crunches are no use!. Once you feel like you can do 200 easily or better go on to 250 or 300 and so on!. Don't expect results quickly(unless you have a personal trainer)!. But still don't expect results quickly and be patient!.

To start with, try two workouts a week, then more to four a week after gaining a bit of muscle!. Day one do crunches: five sets with 25 reps (reps mean doing the movement 25 times, sets mean doing 5 of those 25 reps) wait 1 minute between sets!. Day two do reverse crunches and do the same reps and sets!. If you don't properly know how to do them, watch some Youtube movies on the movements!. Same O!.J or fruit before and after workouts and a lot of protein throughout the day!. Cardio 3 - 4 times a week (HIIT training) and restrict fats and some carbs to shed fat!. There's no point of doing crunches if your abs are going to be covered in a layer or fat! Which I think you said was your problem!. So cardio will help burn off fat!.!. Also eat a lot of FRUIT or drink tons of water so you can still eat the regular 3 [ Healthy!] meals but you might not eat that much since the fruit & water will you up!. Don't ever not eat though!.

Eat low fat foods and omit sugar and candies!. When your muscles have no sugar to burn, then they have to extract the deposited fat to burn for energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to do 2 things!. 1!. Eat a healthy diet!. You wont see the muscles if you have fat on your tummy!. 2!. Lose weight, and this must be done with a healthy diet too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok!.!.!.u have to d oboth cardio and muscle training!.!.!.like u said, u can feel the muscle but sum fat is covering!.!.!.well keep doing the crunches and situps but start doing some cardio too to burn that fat off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
