I would like to loose 5-10 pounds quickly?
I am 16 years old and am 5'4 weighing in at 100 pounds and would like to loose a bit of weight.

i think you dont need to lose any pounds, thats way skinny and light for a 16yrs old.
but anway, you can watch on what you eat, quit desserts and snacks, and oily foods, jog everyday at least 30 minutes, try do crunches and situps too.
